Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and PME license.
• Qualified and authorized to sign and seal mechanical plans.
• Experience in mechanical design for construction/building projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and mechanical drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare mechanical systems, plans, calculations, specifications, and drawings.
• Design systems including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection.
• Sign and seal mechanical engineering plans within professional scope.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine codes and standards.
• Coordinate designs with architectural, structural, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Review shop drawings and submittals.
• Conduct site inspections and provide design solutions.
• Provide technical support during pre-construction, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Assist in quantity takeoff, cost estimation, value engineering, and system optimization.
• Participate in design coordination meetings with clients.
