Job summary

RLG Electro Mechanical Trading Corp in Laguna (Calamba) seeks an experienced QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) to oversee quality management, inspection, and compliance of M&E installations across our construction projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of QA/QC site experience in M&E.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MEP drawings, and ISO 9001 is essential for ensuring adherence to codes and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC site experience in M&E within commercial, industrial, or residential construction.

Responsibilities

Quality Control & Inspection of M&E works including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, power, lighting, and auxiliaries.
Testing & Commissioning: NDT, hydrostatic, pressure, megger, load testing, and system commissioning.
Documentation & Compliance: review and archive PQP, Method Statements, ITPs, Material Submittals, MTCs.
Non-Conformance Management: issue NCRs, perform RCA, CAPA to resolve issues.
Client & Contractor Liaison: coordinate with PMs, consultants, field engineers, and sub-contractors during audits.
Turnover & As-Built Verification: prepare QA/QC turnover docs, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.
