You will lead mixed-method studies, including interviews, usability tests, surveys, and funnel analyses, partnering with PMs and designers to ground prioritization in evidence. You will build and maintain an insight repository, promoting rigorous yet lightweight research practices.

Qualifications

• Mixed-methods UX research experience across qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Ability to translate findings into product decisions and influence without authority.
• Rigor paired with pragmatism to manage timelines and depth.

Responsibilities

• Own the research roadmap across three clusters and prioritize evidence-driven decisions.
• Conduct interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioural/funnel analysis in partnership with Data.
• Turn findings into decisions that PMs and designers act on, balancing rigor and lightweight methods.
• Create a lightweight insight repository to democratize research while preserving rigor on high-stakes questions.
