Job summary

Xendit, a leading payments platform in Southeast Asia, is seeking a driven Product Manager to lead the risk product suite. You will own the roadmap and execution for merchant onboarding, fraud prevention, and credit risk models, guiding a dedicated risk engineering and data science squad.

The role focuses on building scalable infrastructure to minimize losses while delivering a seamless experience for legitimate merchants and buyers across SEA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in Fintech, Payments, or Risk domains.
• Strong data querying and translating metrics into product decisions.
• Credible hands-on expertise in two of: payments fraud prevention, dispute management, credit risk.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Execution: own and deliver the risk infrastructure roadmap including onboarding, fraud, and credit.
• Fraud Prevention: real-time risk engines and ML models for payments monitoring.
• Dispute Management: chargeback and dispute resolution workflows across channels.
• Credit Risk Management: lending and settlement risk models to mitigate exposure.
