Job summary

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company in the Philippines, hiring a Trainers Team Lead to run and grow our field trainers within the Partners & Distribution arm. You will ensure consistent, high-quality training, manage capacity, and adapt materials as products and priorities evolve.

You will plan trainer workload, coach teams, and raise training standards by turning feedback and performance data into improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales training with at least 1 year supervising trainers.
• Experience in fintech, banking, consumer lending, insurance, or high-volume sales operations.
• Hands-on experience in adult learning: training delivery, coaching, skills assessment, and curriculum development.
• Strong facilitation skills and a clear standard for training delivery.
• Fluency in English and Tagalog for training delivery and material development.

Responsibilities

• Resource planning and trainer workload tracking.
• Own a transparent system for trainer workload and scheduling.
• Hire, onboard, and coach trainers to meet program standards.
• Develop trainers' competencies and learning materials to set quality benchmarks.
• Ensure high-quality training delivery and adherence to SLAs.
• Run needs analyses and post-training effectiveness reviews.
• Standardize facilitation practices across the trainer team.
