We are hiring a Trainers Team Lead to grow our sales trainer and field collector trainer teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality training delivery as products and priorities evolve. You will plan capacity, develop talent, and own training quality and materials.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in sales training, with at least one year in supervising trainers.
• Experience in fintech, banking, consumer lending, or high-volume sales environments.
• Hands-on experience in adult learning: training delivery, coaching, skills assessment, and curriculum development.
• Strong facilitation skills and clear view of effective training delivery.
• Understanding of the sales process and learning needs across onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Tagalog for training delivery, feedback, and material development.

Responsibilities

• Resource planning: track trainer workload and schedule training.
• Lead and onboard trainers; define profiles and identify skill gaps.
• Deliver excellence: standardize facilitation, ensure high-quality training, manage SLAs.
• Develop and update training materials in collaboration with HR and operations.
