Job summary

GCash, the Philippines’ leading fintech app, seeks a dynamic leader to drive new product development across lending segments (cash loans, BNPL, revolving credit). You will identify market needs, collaborate with product teams, and define features, pricing, and value propositions.

You will track delivery, ensure product-market fit with KPIs, and coordinate cross‑functional launches to grow our customer base and expand strategic impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify market needs and trends to develop innovative product constructs for different customer segments (students, seafarers, travelers, etc)
• Collaborates with product teams to design and launch new offerings, Defines product features pricing models, and value propositions for different segments involving cash loans, BNPL, and revolving credit.
• Business Integration Across Multiple Products Drives business alignment and strategic integration across different lending products, collaborating with Products, Business Development, Sales and Customer Lifecycle Teams.
• Tracks and ensures new products are delivered on-time, on-scope, and on budget.
• Ensure Product-Market fit by tracking KPIs of new segments.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support product development and successful launches.
