Job summary

GCash is seeking a product-focused professional to define the product vision and drive development in a dynamic FinTech environment in the Philippines. You will create feature sets and user stories, work with stakeholders, and ensure the product meets security and fraud requirements.

Lead vendor assessments, guide POC/RFI/RFP processes, and oversee post-launch activities while continuously identifying enhancements to maximize value and impact for users nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in Cyber Security and/or Fraud Management.
• Product and Project management background with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and manage the development process.
• Create feature sets and business/user stories for the product.
• Collaborate with teams to design and specify product requirements.
• Conduct research to identify cyber security and fraud solutions.
• Lead vendor selection processes including POC, RFI/RFP.
• Oversee post-launch activities and product operations.
• Identify enhancements to fix issues and maximize product value.
