Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in Fintech or lending.
• Strong understanding of SEC and BSP compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the operations team (loan processing, disbursement, collections).
• Ensure compliance with BSP and SEC regulations.
• Prepare and review reports, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
• Represent and present the company during SEC assessments and audits.
• Coordinate with other departments for process alignment and improvement.
