Job summary

Salmon Group in Manila is seeking a Trainer to design and deliver high-impact learning programs across key business verticals. You’ll own the full learning cycle: identifying skill gaps, designing blended solutions, and measuring impact.

You’ll collaborate with instructional designers to digitalize materials and create scalable content for long-term capability building, ensuring training aligns with business goals and delivers measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate/business training experience.
• Experience creating training content, e-learning modules, and documentation.
• Facilitate training sessions for remote, hybrid, and on-site teams.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Training Design & Delivery: assess learning needs and design targeted training aligned with business goals, deliver sessions, and improve them.
• Collaboration with Instructional Designers & E-learning Teams: convert training into digital formats and scalable content.
• Analytics & Reporting: track participation and results, analyze effectiveness, and improve content based on data.
• Business Partnership: work with key teams to identify training priorities and advise leaders.
