Payreto seeks a Growth & Commercial Associate to expose staff to deal making and commercial aspects. This role develops subject matter expertise and aims for leadership opportunities within Payreto.

The candidate should be agile, curious, and action oriented, ready to engage with C-level executives globally. The role emphasizes a strong learning mindset, deep engagement with the Payreto business, and willingness to stretch beyond typical duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal Management, and Communication.
• 1–3 yrs experience in selling services or exposure in Payments, software selling.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience in G Suite (Google).
• Very strong communication verbal and written skills.
• Outstanding cognitive, comprehension, and strong analytical skills.
• Proven business acumen and tenacity to progress without immediate success.
• Proven networker – good at meeting people and exploring synergies.
• Strong interest in Fintech / Financial Services and KYC.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment; present ideas clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.;
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads or contacts for each specific industry Payreto is servicing.
• Create email spiels / approaches / direct marketing content to tap on cold leads.
• Send an intro email and set appointments with leads and partners.
• Nurture leads from initial contact until agreement is signed with Payreto.
• Understand Payreto products and services; answer inquiries from C-level executives.
• Engage in process discussions with leads for service offerings of Payreto.
• Own the sales process and ensure inquiries are handled properly.
• Prepare NDAs, broker agreements, contracts.
• Assist with updating databases and lead pipelines for the Business Development team.
• Gain understanding on payment and financial services topics.
• Manage handover of signed clients from sales to operations.
