Job summary

Maya Bank, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Product Officer to lead risk, AML and fraud-focused product development for our digital banking platforms.

You will shape capabilities, coordinate with delivery teams, and drive improvements across people, processes and tooling to combat financial crime. The role requires hands-on product management, data-driven decision making, and agile leadership to deliver secure, customer-centric solutions that align with regulatory and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science/engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years overall working experience: 1-2 years as Product Owner/PM/Program Manager or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years fintech and banking experience with a portfolio of product and release features
• Proven track record of launching solutions that integrate digital banking & payment offerings
• Proficiency of AGILE development methodologies
• Working knowledge of banking processes and systems
• Experience working in an Agile team

Responsibilities

• Own Platforms ownership and oversight for Risk Tech programs
• Product Development: ideate, build, test, and monitor product features and roadmaps
• Act as Product Champion and provide training to proponents
• Integrate customer feedback into design and enhancements
• Provide thought leadership on short and mid-term direction and prioritization
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvements
• Coordinate with software delivery teams and platform managers
• Work with third parties for long-term product success
• Documentation of capabilities via PRDs and Service Memos
• Conduct product risk assessments and mitigation
• Leverage data insights to drive strategy, development and performance
