Job summary

Sardine is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex integrations for enterprise clients in a remote-first environment. You will own project plans, manage milestones, and coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to deliver on customer commitments.

Role requires 7+ years in technical program management, fintech or payments experience, and strong communication. You will drive governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment while enabling fast

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, including time spent managing implementations for large enterprise clients.
• Experience working with enterprise project management expectations — governance, RACI, milestone-based reporting.
• Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
• Comfort acting as a thought partner to Engineering and Product to discuss dependencies and tradeoffs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate status for executive stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to run multiple concurrent, high-stakes client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration project plan for enterprise engagements, including milestone deliverables and dependencies.
• Be the client’s trusted point of contact throughout the integration, communicating proactively and surfacing risks.
• Track client-specific product feature requests from intake through resolution with Engineering and Product.
• Establish RACI and roles/responsibilities upfront on every engagement.
• Manage regular, structured communication across Engineering, Product, Integrations, and the client.
• Ensure deliverables and artifacts are organized, current, and owned by the right person.
• Build fluency in the Sardine product to engage as a thought partner on feature requests.
• Report on project health: deliverable slippage, root cause, and capacity planning.
