Job summary

Zone & Co. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead SaaS fintech implementations for a global client base. You will partner with clients, internal teams, and executives to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery while driving adoption of the Zone platform within NetSuite.

The role requires strong project leadership, fintech experience, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. This is a fully remote position with international responsibilities and a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably fintech/SaaS.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM apps; NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SaaS fintech implementation projects from planning to delivery.
• Act as primary client contact, maintain proactive communication.
• Define objectives, milestones, and deliverables with clients and teams.
• Develop and maintain project and implementation plans; manage risks.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements and initial system setup.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and clear status updates.
• Lead demos, trainings, and ongoing support for adoption.
• Monitor budgets and resources; address risks and scope changes.
• Prepare project docs, status reports, and communications.
• Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies as appropriate.
