Zone & Co, a global remote SaaS fintech services provider, seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, SaaS-based fintech implementations for clients worldwide. You will partner with clients, internal teams, and executives to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with high quality.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, from onboarding, system setup, to client walkthroughs, risk management, and successful solution adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in fintech/SaaS.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects (scope, budget, timelines).
• Familiarity with NetSuite or ERP/CRM platforms.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple SaaS fintech implementations from planning to delivery.
• Act as primary client contact, maintaining proactive communication.
• Define objectives, milestones, and deliverables with clients.
• Develop detailed implementation plans with timelines and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead meetings and provide clear status updates.
• Conduct client demos and training to drive adoption.
• Monitor budgets and resources, addressing risks and scope changes.
