Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end fintech initiatives by coordinating daily activities across product operations, risk and compliance.
• Analyze customer journeys and transaction patterns to improve user experience.
• Guide design discussions with cross-functional partners for regulatory alignment and scalability.
• Document system behaviors and business rules for clear stakeholder understanding.
• Prioritize changes, bug fixes, and feature releases to maintain platform stability.
• Collaborate with security and risk teams to ensure data protection and fraud reduction.
• Monitor metrics like transaction success, latency, adoption, and incidents for improvement.
• Facilitate hybrid sessions, virtual and onsite, to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Support training and knowledge sharing to improve fintech system usage.
• Coordinate vendor and partner interactions to meet SLAs without disruption.
• Apply data-driven decision making to evaluate options and benefits for customers.
• Maintain accurate docs and logs for audits and compliance checks.
• Lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve resilience.
