Responsibilities

• Aid in implementing standard customer service procedures for claims and non-claims questions and issues.
• Monitor customer service metrics and provide reports and updates on initiatives with improvement recommendations.
• Handle customer requests, investigations, and resolutions of complaints.
• Clarify customer complaints, determine causes, and explain solutions while expediting corrections.
• Support QA and UAT efforts by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure desirable outcomes.
• Contribute to design of new and existing processes, mapping features and requirements for product development.
