Job summary

PhonePe Limited seeks a Compliance Assurance professional with 6–8 years of audit, compliance testing or monitoring experience. You will lead reviews, define control tests, and coordinate with analytics/engineering to assess design and operating effectiveness of controls across regulated and unregulated functions.

You will engage senior business heads, document findings, and help scale Compliance Testing capabilities while ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements in India and Asia

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate from Compliance Assurance with 6–8 years in audits/compliance testing or monitoring.
• Regulatory knowledge for India and Asia Pacific is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead/pre-plan reviews and identify risks in products/services under review.
• Prepare controls-test checklists for regulated/unregulated functions.
• Define test scripts and coordinate with Analytics/Engineering teams.
• Document risks, controls and findings with clear narratives.
• Ensure compliance testing methodology is followed and timelines met.
• Engage senior stakeholders, scope controls, and propose improvements.
• Develop workpapers and summary documents for independent review.
