Job summary

Payment Innovation Inc. is seeking a legal and compliance professional to provide comprehensive support across banking, corporate, and regulatory matters.

You will draft and review documents, manage license renewals, and assist with disputes, investigations, and due diligence, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and ethical standards. Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years in a compliance or risk role, preferably in FinTech/IT/Payment Industry.
• Experience with AML Certificate Registration and Renewal is required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, board resolutions, secretary certificates, position papers, affidavits, deeds; amend internal policies (employee handbook, discipline policy).
• Process license renewals, notarization, and assist licensing officers with document processing.
• Handle personnel disputes; assist HR in drafting documents; appear in court and manage arbitration cases.
• Maintain familiarity with SEC, BIR, and NPC regulations and monitor updates.
• Assist management and external counsel in legal due diligence.
• Provide legal and compliance support on banking and corporate matters.
• Maintain communication with BSP, SEC, AMLC, and PDIC.
• Track regulatory updates to ensure ongoing compliance with laws, circulars, and memoranda.
• Assist in preparation and filing of regulatory reports and corporate disclosures.
• Monitor processes to ensure adherence to AML, DPA, SEC, and BSP regulations.
