• Proven skills designing and developing scalable distributed systems.
• Experience in leading high-performing software teams.
• Ability to drive design and architecture decisions across multiple subsystems.

Responsabilités

• Lead discussions and decision making on engineering aspects of the team.
• Define and execute engineering plans for areas under ownership.
• Drive engineering best practices across the team.
• Maintain production system hygiene (engineering and process).
• Own health of business outcomes owned by the team.
• Manage stakeholders including business, product, operations, and clients/vendors.
• Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent.
