Qualifications

• Proven track record in CRO or equivalent leadership role.
• Deep fintech, banking or payments industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines regulatory frameworks (BSP).
• Expertise in risk modeling, fraud prevention and cybersecurity risk.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework
• Oversee credit, operational, compliance, cybersecurity, and fraud risks
• Partner with executive leadership to align risk strategy with business goals
• Ensure regulatory compliance with BSP and other relevant bodies
• Lead incident response and business continuity planning
• Build and mentor a high-performing risk and compliance team
