Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential IT risks; evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk mitigation measures; develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Stay up‑to‑date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards; conduct comprehensive research and analysis of regulatory requirements; assess the organization’s compliance status, identifying gaps and areas for improvement; develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, operations, and risk management teams; interpret regulatory requirements and provide guidance on compliance‑related matters.
• Monitor changes in regulatory environments; update internal policies and procedures accordingly to ensure timely and effective compliance.
