Kayana Solutions Inc. is seeking a Technology Governance, Delivery and Infra Lead to provide strategic oversight across technology delivery, governance, and cloud operations within our FinTech and AI-driven data solutions portfolio.

The role collaborates with business, product, engineering, security, compliance, and operations stakeholders to align technology investments with business objectives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive measurable value through scalable cloud and infrastructure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA advantageous).
Minimum 10 years of experience in technology delivery, cloud operations, infrastructure, or technology leadership roles.
Proven track record delivering complex technology, cloud, digital transformation, infrastructure, or payments-related initiatives within enterprise environments.
Strong experience in technology governance, risk management, compliance, operating models, and process improvement.
Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud platforms, cloud operations, security, automation, reliability, and cost optimization (FinOps).
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with experience leading cross-functional teams and technology portfolios.
Experience managing technology operations, IT service management, vendors, managed service providers, contracts, and SLAs.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, financial management, and strategic planning skills, preferably in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or regulated industries.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, ITIL, AWS, FinOps or equivalents.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of payments, cloud, infrastructure, corporate IT and strategic technology initiatives, ensuring outcomes aligned with objectives, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and governance.
Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Cloud, Security, Data, Operations, and vendor partners to drive delivery excellence and operational effectiveness.
Manage technology portfolios, roadmaps, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics across multiple initiatives and services.
Establish and maintain technology governance frameworks, policies, standards, operational controls, and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp) to ensure effective planning, reporting, transparency, and compliance.
Provide leadership and oversight across cloud operations, platform engineering, infrastructure services, service reliability, automation, and operational readiness.
Establish and oversee IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, release, availability, capacity, disaster recovery, and business continuity management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, data privacy, risk management, and governance requirements, particularly within payments and other regulated environments.
Drive stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and vendor governance to ensure alignment, informed decision-making, and achievement of delivery and operational objectives.
Lead technology financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cloud cost optimization, and vendor performance management.
Mentor high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
