Job summary

Paynamics Technologies Inc. is seeking a Regulatory and Governance Officer to monitor and ensure compliance with BSP, SEC, AMLC, NPC regulations, and related circulars. The role will coordinate filings, serve as liaison with regulators, and support governance frameworks.

The candidate will contribute to regulatory reporting, audits, and remediation efforts, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and providing guidance to internal stakeholders in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in regulatory compliance, governance, or risk management (preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services)
• Strong working knowledge of BSP, SEC, AMLA, and NPC regulations
• Experience in regulatory reporting and dealing with regulators is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and circulars issued by BSP, SEC, AMLC, NPC, and other regulators
• Coordinate regulatory filings, reports, and submissions accurately and on time
• Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies
• Support the development, implementation, and review of internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Assist in regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance reviews
• Track regulatory issues, compliance gaps, and remediation plans
• Support corporate governance initiatives, including board and committee requirements
• Provide regulatory guidance and compliance advice to internal stakeholders
• Maintain regulatory documentation and compliance records
