Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Product Strategy & Roadmap lead for the GCash Overseas vertical. Own the end-to-end product roadmap, define and prioritize the backlog, and align with EMAU, GTV, and revenue targets to drive impact.

Collaborate with delivery squads across tech, design, QA, and scrum, manage sprint planning and reviews, and coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, CXM, and Finance to ensure regulatory and audit readiness, including BSP and AML/KYC requirements.

Qualifications

Translate business goals into clear, well-scoped product requirements including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain up-to-date product documentation including manuals, runbooks, and feature specifications.
Work with delivery squads to ensure features are built to spec, on time, and with quality.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product roadmap for a GCash Overseas (GO) vertical.
Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and strategic alignment with GO's EMAU, GTV, and revenue targets.
Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in an agile setup.
Proactively identify and resolve blockers—technical, regulatory, or partner-related.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with other GO verticals, platform teams, and stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Legal, CXM, and Finance.
Ensure all product builds comply with BSP regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and internal risk policies; support audit readiness.
