Apex Fintech Solutions is hiring a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our production support team in a hybrid Manila office. You will own escalations, drive incident response, and apply AI tooling to accelerate investigations.

The role requires 3+ years in application support, 2+ years in customer-facing work, and strong knowledge of networking, OS, and databases. Join a market-leading fintech culture with strong benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of application support experience, preferably in financial services or trading.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong fundamentals in networking, OS (Linux/Windows), and databases (MSSQL/NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants or LLM tooling.
• Ability to read and modify application code in a compiled language.

Mansioni

• Escalation point for frontline support; own complex production issues end-to-end.
• Participate in major incident response with impact analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor system performance and availability; resolve issues before impacting clients.
• Manage production access and support configuration and change management.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate investigation and automate tasks.
• Build and maintain automations and reusable AI assets for teams.
• Validate AI outputs before reaching clients or production.
• Collaborate with development teams on fixes; mentor newer engineers.
• Create and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
