Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in application support, preferably in financial services.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, Linux and Windows, and MSSQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants or LLM tooling.
• Ability to read/modify application code in a compiled language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own complex production issues end to end from triage to resolution.
• Participate in major incident response with impact analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor system performance and availability to prevent client impact.
• Manage production access, configurations and change management activities.
• Collaborate with development teams, mentor junior engineers, and build runbooks.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for internal teams.
