Job summary

Mynt, the Philippines-based fintech behind GCash, is seeking an Account Manager – Industry Based to acquire new clients and manage relationships within assigned industries. You will drive end-to-end sales, identify opportunities, and tailor product solutions to client needs.

You will work with internal teams to develop strategies, present proposals to senior stakeholders, and grow the business while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and driving the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through direct prospecting, calls, meetings, and networking.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from engagement to closing.
• Build and deliver presentations and proposals to senior managers and stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs and industry trends to recommend relevant products and services.
• Develop account strategies and programs to grow business within assigned industries.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
