Job summary

TASQ in Alabang, Philippines is seeking a BPO Team Lead with FINRA licensing to supervise FINRA-licensed CSRs and monitor transaction quality and calls.

You will ensure SLA achievement and regulatory compliance, drive quality initiatives, manage metrics, and foster team engagement while supporting development plans and reporting to management. This hybrid role operates in the Alabang location with expectations of leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of college (No back subjects).
• Minimum 2 years in BPO Team Lead with FINRA (Series 6 and 26 or 7 and 24).

Responsibilities

• Managing FINRA-licensed CSRs and monitoring transaction quality/calls.
• Meeting SLA targets and ensuring regulatory compliance.
