Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in Pasay is seeking FINRA-licensed Customer Service Representatives to support customers in a financial services setting. You will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and assist with account-related concerns while ensuring compliance procedures are followed.

The role requires completion of at least 2nd year of college, active FINRA Series 6 or 7, and at least 1 year of BPO experience. Onsite work at MOA Complex, Pasay, with night shift aligned to US time zones.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2nd year of college.
• Active FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 certification.
• At least 1 year of BPO experience.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang and on a graveyard shift.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
