Metacom Careers in Pasay on-site is seeking a FINRA Series 6 licensed Customer Service Representative to manage client inquiries about investment accounts and products. You will educate clients on annuities and 401(k) plans while maintaining compliant records and delivering high-quality service.

The role requires at least 1 year of BPO experience, a Senior High School diploma or college credits, and a customer-focused, detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Senior High School Graduate or completed at least 2 years in College.
• Experience Level: 1 year BPO Experience.
• Skills and Competencies: FINRA Series 6 License Active.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of annuities and 401(k) plans.
• Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Complete Government Statutory Numbers: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN.
