Responsibilities

• Set clear goals and expectations to drive high performance and accountability.
• Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous development.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure KPI delivery.
• Oversee FinOps activities and ensure execution meets service standards.
• Champion “The Maersk Way” in team behaviors and decision-making.
• Align team initiatives with strategic goals and customer needs while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Act as the escalation point for service issues and drive timely resolution.
• Escalate critical risks and lead resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CX, CPMs, FPOs, and GSC teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end service delivery.
• Document, maintain, and govern area-level FinOps processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Streamline downstream FinOps processes to support SCM operations and joint KPI delivery.
