Job summary

Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites applications for a Financing Partnerships Officer based in Manila, Philippines. The role supports PSC and trust fund administration, fintech IT tasks, and knowledge management to advance ADB's development agenda.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics and at least eight years of experience across project cycles, with strong analytical and English skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive analytical skills in screening information per project procedures and requirements.
• Written and verbal proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in project financing administration and review narrative/financial reports.
• Lead drafting of cofinancing amendments and develop templates to improve collaboration.
• Coordinate with divisions on forex, fees, and reserves; prepare remittance requests and support audits.
• Support trust fund management and administration; ensure donor agreements and MOUs are up to date.
• Act as subject matter expert for IT systems supporting fund management and PSC/TF tasks.
