Job summary

CloudPay is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our financial software and related systems in a hybrid Manila setting. You will ensure data integrity, assist end users, and support system upgrades.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field, 3+ years in a Financial Systems/ERP role, and strong experience with NetSuite or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with financial software applications (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday Financials).
• 3+ years of experience in a Financial Systems Administrator, ERP Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with system implementation, configuration, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain financial software systems (e.g., ERP (NetSuite), accounting platforms, expense management tools).
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on financial systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving user queries promptly.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions within financial systems, ensuring compliance with internal controls and security policies.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Perform regular data reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial systems.
• Generate custom reports and dashboards from financial systems to support financial analysis and decision-making.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of financial system policies and procedures.
