FWD Life Insurance Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a driven Financial Solutions Consultant to join our Bancassurance Sales Force in Cainta. You will drive sales performance, acquire new business, and nurture relationships with Security Bank clients to grow our bank-partner distribution model.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, willingness to relocate to Cainta, and proven sales experience in financial services or related industries.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Solutions Consultant to join our growing Bancassurance Sales Force. In this role, you will be responsible for overall delivery of sales performance and acquisition of new business, retention of quality business for the assigned branch, and implementation of strategic initiatives to build and maintain cordial business relationship with bank partners and to grow and retain dedicated sales distribution model.

Key responsibilities

• Offering of FWD's Traditional and Variable products to Security Bank clients
• Establishing a good relationship with Security Bank in order to produce lead generations
• Responsible for overall delivery of sales performance and acquisition of new business
• Retention of quality business for the assigned branch
• Implementation of strategic initiatives to build and maintain cordial business relationship with bank partners

About you

• At least Bachelor's Degree graduate
• Willing to be deployed or relocated in Cainta, Rizal Area as business demands
• Sales experience preferably from insurance, banking, real estate, pharmaceutical industry or any sales industries
• Commendable sales performance specializing in Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, Securities, Investment, etc) and in Corporate Banking or Wealth Management/Financial Planning services to high-net-worth clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as internal and external customer focus
• Must be a team player but should be able to work independently with high degree of energy, motivation and ability to set own goals/priorities
• Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills
