A financial solutions provider is seeking a Financial Solutions Consultant to serve as an ambassador for the insurance company to bank clients. The role involves strategic initiatives to strengthen business relations and report directly to bank branches. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree and preferably experience in financial services sales. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. This position is based in Laguna.

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor’s Degree graduate, preferably in a business-related course.
• Minimum 1 year of sales and account management experience in financial services is an advantage.
• Highly effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills are essential.

Job Summary

As a Financial Solutions Consultant, you will act as an ambassador of the insurance company to the clients of our partnered bank. You will be involved in the implementation of strategic initiatives to build and maintain cordial business relationships with bank partners to grow and retain a dedicated sales distribution model. You will report to the bank branch of assignment and to the respective company Sales Head.

Skills & Experience Required

• At least Bachelor’s Degree graduate but preferably business course related. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
• Minimum 1 year solid sales and account management experience in financial services is an advantage.
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as internal and external customer focus.
• Must be a team player but should be able to work independently with high degree of energy, motivation and ability to set own goals/priorities.
• Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Work Details

• All resources will be deployed to the nearest Bank Branch in Laguna (San Pedro, Sta Rosa or Cabuyao).
• Schedule: 8AM to 5PM or banking hours
