Job summary

FWD Life Insurance Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive acquisition and retention across branch networks and bank partners. The role focuses on delivering sales performance while maintaining quality business in the assigned area.

You will offer FWD’s Traditional and Variable products to Security Bank clients and build strong relationships to generate leads and sustain growth in the distribution model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Solid sales experience, preferably in insurance, banking, real estate or pharma.
• Strong sales performance in financial services and corporate banking or wealth management is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication with client focus.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree

• Solid sales experience preferably from insurance, banking, real estate and pharmaceutical industry.

• A commendable sales performance specializing in Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, Securities, Investment, etc) and in Corporate Banking or Wealth Management/Financial Planning services to high-net-worth clients is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as internal and external customer focus.

• Must be a team player but should be able to work independently with high degree of energy, motivation and ability to set own goals/priorities.

• Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills.
