Job summary

FWD Life Insurance Corporation in Laguna seeks a Sales Manager to drive overall sales performance and secure new business for the branch and area.

The role focuses on building and maintaining cordial relationships with Security Bank partners to grow the dedicated sales distribution model and generate leads, while retaining quality business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Residing within the area.
• Solid sales experience preferably from insurance, banking, real estate and pharmaceutical industry.
• Sales performance in Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, Securities, Investment, etc) and in Corporate Banking or Wealth Management services is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as internal and external customer focus.
• Must be a team player but should be able to work independently with high degree of energy, motivation and ability to set own goals/priorities.
• Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills.
