Xerox Corporation is seeking an experienced R2R Reporting Analyst in the Philippines to support the Record-to-Report function. You will prepare, analyze, and deliver financial reports, focusing on accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Strong accounting background.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Financial reporting experience.
• Experience in multinational or shared services environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial and management reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting requirements.
• Interpret financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reporting requirements.
• Support reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and business reporting requests.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and reporting standardization efforts within the newly established team.
