Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking an Accounting Analyst (R2R) to support Record to Report accounting activities. The role focuses on financial analysis across GL accounts, ensuring accurate monthly closes and compliance, with a second-shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The position starts onsite for six months, then transitions to a hybrid work setup. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience, US GAAP knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant financial or accounting analysis experience within a multinational, shared services, or local company environment.
• Hands-on experience across multiple general ledger accounts and finance workstreams, with knowledge of US GAAP.
• Professional accounting certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA; R2R or shared services experience; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, E-Automate, Sage, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, Essbase SmartView, or BlackLine are preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial accounts and supporting schedules in accordance with US GAAP
• Prepare manual journal entries and complete account reconciliations
• Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance activities
• Manage priorities and workflows while resolving accounting issues systematically
• Collaborate across the department and broader teams to support shared goals and deadlines
