Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions in Cebu City is seeking a Financial Planning and Analytics Specialist to ensure PEZA compliance, manage asset risk, and produce monthly performance reports. This onsite role supports accounting, tax, and controllership functions within the PEZA framework.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience and is ready to contribute to regulatory reporting, BIR/SSS/Pag-IBIG/PhilHealth compliance, and cross-functional data flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• PEZA, compliances, asset management.
• Local BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and Philhealth policies.
• Basic laws, revenue regulations, BPO.
• Local PEZA reporting requirements (monthly submission).
• Assets monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Department: AP, Tax, Controllership.
• At least 2 years of preparation and audit of PEZA requirements and documents prior to submission.

Responsibilities

• <b>Expertise in Philippine Local Accounting Standards: </b>Strong working knowledge of local accounting policies, procedures, and statutory requirements specific to the Philippines.
• <b>PEZA Compliance & Reporting: </b>Ensure accurate and timely PEZA reporting, including preparation and submission of required documents. Maintain compliance with PEZA regulations and coordinate with government agencies.
• <b>Information Flow Management: </b>Manage the inflow of financial and operational data for internal and external reporting; ensure information is validated, complete, and submitted on time.
• <b>Asset Monitoring & Risk Mitigation: </b>Oversee tracking of company assets to prevent losses or discrepancies. Proactively identify financial and compliance risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• <b>Monthly Performance Reporting (MPR): </b>Prepare and analyze MPRs to assess business performance and support strategic decision-making.</n>
