Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines seeks an FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses at business and project levels.

You will prepare analyses and business cases for initiatives such as new branches or products, and review data for accuracy. You will consolidate and analyze financial results for management reporting (P&L, variance analysis, MoM, YoY) and collaborate with business partners to ensure informed, strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA license is preferred.
• 1-2 years of FP&A, financial planning, corporate planning, management reporting, or related finance experience.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and profitability assessment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, particularly P&L, and how transactions are recorded.
• Knowledge of costing, cost centers, GL, and COA.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting/analysis tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with partners and stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and discretion with confidential financial information.

• Support financial planning and budgeting at the business and project levels, including forecasts and financial simulations.
• Prepare financial analyses and business case assessments for initiatives such as new branches, new products, and other business projects.
• Analyze profitability assumptions, costs, revenues, and projected financial impact to support business decisions.
• Review and validate financial data, computations, and assumptions as the first layer of technical review.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results for management reporting, including P&L analysis, variance analysis, MoM, YoY, vertical, and horizontal analyses.
• Coordinate with business partners and finance stakeholders to gather required data, clarify assumptions, and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
• Handle sensitive and confidential financial information, including company P&L and profitability data.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA license is preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, corporate planning, management reporting, or a related finance function.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and profitability assessment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, particularly the P&L, and how financial transactions are recorded and reflected in financial reports.
• Knowledge of costing, cost centers, General Ledger (GL), and Chart of Accounts (COA).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to review financial data and computations critically and identify inconsistencies or errors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting/analysis tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with business partners and finance stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information.
