Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines seeks an FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses at business and project levels.

You will prepare analyses and business cases for initiatives such as new branches or products, and review data for accuracy. You will consolidate and analyze financial results for management reporting (P&L, variance analysis, MoM, YoY) and collaborate with business partners to ensure informed, strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA license is preferred.
• 1-2 years of FP&A, financial planning, corporate planning, management reporting, or related finance experience.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and profitability assessment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, particularly P&L, and how transactions are recorded.
• Knowledge of costing, cost centers, GL, and COA.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting/analysis tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with partners and stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and discretion with confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and budgeting at business and project levels, including forecasts and simulations.
• Prepare analyses and business cases for initiatives like new branches or products.
• Analyze profitability assumptions, costs, revenues, and financial impact for decisions.
• Review and validate financial data as the first layer of technical review.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results for management reporting (P&L, variance, MoM, YoY).
• Coordinate with partners and finance stakeholders to gather data and ensure report accuracy.
