Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations.
• Process tax filings and coordinate with regulatory agencies as needed.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support audits by preparing required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
• Assist with preparation of invoices, statements, and other financial documents.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and suppliers.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of records.
