Responsibilities

• Manage and record daily financial transactions and expenses.
• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare invoices, payment requests, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management.
• Monitor company expenses and assist with budget tracking.
• Review financial transactions and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Maintain organized and updated financial records.
• Assist in processing employee reimbursements and other company-related payments.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding billing, payments, and financial concerns.
• Identify and report discrepancies in financial records or transactions.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary financial documents when required.
