Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; finance/accounting courses preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of accounting software advantageous.
• Reliability, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner (invoices, receipts, vouchers).
• Maintain and organise financial records to ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports under supervision.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to resolve discrepancies.
• Process employee reimbursements and expense claims with accuracy.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Liaise with internal departments and vendors to resolve queries.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and general admin tasks in finance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
