A consulting firm in the Philippines is looking for a finance assistant to record and monitor financial reports, prepare data for operations, and coordinate with external accountants. • Record, monitor, and compile daily expense and income reports.
• Prepare financial data and statistics for overseas operations.
• Coordinate with external accountants regarding financial records.
• Assist the manager in payroll preparation and processing
• Compile and organize bank statements
• Reconcile accounts and financial data with the Chinese finance department
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by management
