Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with 3+ years of relevant experience and ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle) plus advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CPA/ACCA certification is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of financial experience in Retail or FMCG.
• Proficient in SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: prepare vouchers and timely data entry and monthly close.
• Financial Reporting: close monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts per GAAP/IFRS and local regs.
• Daily Operations: review documents, supervise accounts payable/receivable, inventory, fixed assets.
• Tax & Compliance: prepare tax filings and ensure local tax compliance.
• Financial Analysis: prepare analysis, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.

Job description

Responsibilities & Duties

• (1) Bookkeeping: Prepare accounting vouchers, and complete timely system data entry and monthly accounting close..
• (2) Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts in compliance with GAAP/IFRS and local regulations.
• (3) DailyOperations: Review expenditure documents and contracts form finance perspective, supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory and fix assets.
• (4) Tax & Compliance: Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• (5) Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial analysis reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications

• (1) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CPA/ACCA certification is highly preferred.
• (2) Experience: 3+ years of financial experience, specifically within the Retail or FMCG industry.
• (3) Software Proficiency: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g.,SAP, Oracle), financial softwareand advanced Excel skills.
• (4) LanguageSkills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Mandarin is a plus.
• (5) Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and the ability to work under tight reporting deadlines.
