Telework PH in Bulacan is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Financial Accounts to work onsite in San Rafael. The role involves handling inquiries, billing, and account concerns in a dayshift schedule, 40 hours per week, with ASAP start.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of financial customer service experience in a BPO, strong English communication, and a proven ability to resolve complaints and financial hardship cases.
