Siteserv Inc. seeks a senior finance professional for the Batangas Office to own day-to-day accounting, cost control, and financial reporting in a fast-moving energy-sector environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years finance/accounting experience, with preference for energy or major project environments.
• Strong command of general accounting and proven cost-control capability.
• Practical understanding of AI tools in finance and accounting (reporting/automation).
• Confident communicator able to work with operational and senior stakeholders.
• Independent in a project office while aligned with Head Office.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting, month-end close, GL, AP/AR, payroll support, statutory compliance.
• Drive cost control across projects; track variances and advise corrective actions.
• Prepare timely reports/forecasts for Head Office, Country Manager, and Senior FC.
• Support project costing, job costing, and cash-flow visibility.
• Use AI-enabled finance tools to improve accuracy, speed, and insight.
• Liaise daily with Head Office and Senior Financial Controller.
• Maintain internal controls and support audit/compliance needs.

Role Description

You will take ownership of day-to-day accounting, cost control, and financial reporting for the Batangas office, while supporting project and operational decision making in a fast-moving energy-sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting functions including month-end close, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and statutory compliance
• Drive cost control across projects and operations — track actuals vs budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective action
• Prepare accurate, timely reports and forecasts for Head Office, Country Manager, and Senior FC
• Support project costing, job costing, and cash-flow visibility
• Use and help implement AI-enabled finance tools to improve accuracy, speed, and insight
• Liaise daily with Head Office, Country Manager, and Senior Financial Controller
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audit and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10 years relevant finance/accounting experience, with a strong preference for energy, power, construction, or industrial project environments
• Solid command of general accounting and proven cost-control capability
• Practical understanding of AI tools in finance and accounting (reporting, analysis, automation, or similar)
• Confident, clear communicator who can work effectively with operational and senior finance stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a project office while remaining tightly aligned with Head Office
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting systems and reporting tools
